What we handle
Our work is property insurance: homes and buildings damaged by storms, water, and fire, and claims the insurer denied, delayed, or underpaid.
On one side of the table
Insurance companies have adjusters, engineers, and lawyers working to limit what they pay. We work only for the people on the other side.
- We never represent insurers
- No conflicts and no divided loyalty. Every case we take is against the company that owes the money.
- We read your policy line by line
- The declarations page, the endorsements, the exclusions. What the insurer owes is in the words, and we find them.
- We tell you plainly where you stand
- Including when your case doesn't need a lawyer. You'll understand your options before you decide anything.

Check your property claim deadline
Florida sets strict deadlines for property insurance claims. Enter the date of your loss to see the general notice deadlines.
For a hurricane or windstorm, use the date it made landfall or caused the damage.
Pick a date to see the deadlines.
General information based on Florida Statute 627.70132 for residential and commercial property insurance. It is not legal advice and doesn't cover lawsuits, other types of claims, or your policy's own terms. Ask us about your dates.
Common questions
My claim was denied. Is it too late to do anything?
Not necessarily. A denial letter is the insurer's position, not the final word. Many denials rest on a narrow reading of the policy or an incomplete inspection. Florida deadlines apply, so have it reviewed soon.
What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. The case review is free and there's no obligation. If we represent you, we explain exactly how our fee works, in writing, before you agree to anything.
Do you ever work for insurance companies?
No. We represent policyholders only, never insurance companies.
Can I talk to you in Spanish or French?
Yes. We work with clients in English, Spanish, and French, and this website is available in all three.
What should I have ready?
Whatever you have: your policy, letters or emails from the insurer, the adjuster's estimate, photos, and repair invoices. Don't wait to gather everything before you call.
Should I talk to a public adjuster or a lawyer?
A public adjuster can help measure your loss. A lawyer can do that and also handle coverage disputes, bad faith, appraisal, and lawsuits. If your claim was denied or is stuck, talk to a lawyer first.
